弹力线痔套扎术治疗中重度混合痔51例临床观察

Thread-elastic Ligature in the Treatment of Mid-and Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids:Clinical Observation on 51 Cases

为探讨弹力线痔套扎术治疗中重度混合痔的临床效果,将102例中重度混合痔患者按奇偶数分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用弹力线痔套扎术治疗。对比两组临床指标,疼痛和出血情况。结果显示,两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量及疼痛评分均少于对照组,创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,弹力线痔套扎术治疗中重度混合痔,可减少出血,减轻疼痛,缩短术后创面愈合时间。

This study was to invesitgate the clinical effect of Thread-elastic ligature in the treatment of mid-and severe mixed hemorrhoids,according to odd versus even number divided 102 cases with above hemorhroids into control group(51 cases,recieved routine external dissection&internal ligature)and observation group(51 cases,thread-elastic ligature);then,compared both groups’clinical norms,status on pain and bleeding.As results,in operating time there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);in the score ratings on intraoperative bleeding volume and pain,and in the time for wound-surface healing and hospitalization,observation group was respectively and significantly less and shorter than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that thread-elastic ligature for mid-and severe mixed hemorrhoids can reduce bleeding,relieve pain,and shorten postoperative wound-surface healing time.
