泌炎宁颗粒口服预防混合痔术后尿潴留的疗效观察

Orally Administering Self-developed Miyanning Granules to Prevent Postoperative Urosthesia of Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients:Effect Observation

为观察泌炎宁颗粒口服预防混合痔术后尿潴留的效果,采用随机单盲法将120例混合痔患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组于手术前1d及术后2h口服含泌炎宁颗粒的水溶液100mL,对照组同期服用生理盐水100mL。观察比较2组患者术后首次排尿时间、首次排尿量、术后4hVAS评分及临床疗效。结果显示,观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05);观察组术后首次排尿时间、首次排尿量及术后4hVAS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,泌炎宁颗粒口服对预防混合痔术后尿潴留有较好的效果,且能缩短首次排尿时间,增加排尿量,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of orally administering self-developed Granules to preventing postoperative urosthesia of mixed hemorrhoids patients,randomly divided 120 mixed hemorrhoids patients into observation group(60 cases,on the day before surgery and at 2 hrs after surgery,orally administered 100 mL aqueous solution of Granules)and control group(60 cases,at the same time,changed as normal saline of 100 mL);then,compared both groups’time for first-urination,urination volume at first time,VAS rating on pain 4 hafter surgery,and clinical effect.As results,in clinical effect(in total effective rate),and in rest above-mentioned items observation group was significantly higher(93.3%vs 78.3%)than,and superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that orally administering Granules to preventing postoperative urosthesia of mixed hemorrhoids patients has better efficacy,and can shorten firsttime urination time,get hydrouria,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
