益气养阴通便汤对气阴两虚型便秘患者肠道菌群的影响

Influence of Yiqi Yangyin Tongbian Tang on Intestinal Flora in Patients with Constipation in Deficiency of Qi and Yin

为观察益气养阴通便汤对气阴两虚型便秘患者肠道菌群的影响,选择30例气阴两虚型便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各15例。治疗组采用益气养阴通便汤口服治疗,对照组采用聚乙二醇4000散口服治疗。治疗3周后检测肠道菌群的变化情况。结果显示,治疗前两组肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组对肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌有显著改善(P<0.05);对照组对肠球菌有显著改善(P<0.05),对肠杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌无显著改善(P>0.05);治疗组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访半年,治疗组复发2例(13.33%),对照组复发8例(53.33%),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,益气养阴通便汤治疗气阴两虚型便秘能有效改善肠道菌群情况,且能提高远期疗效,值得临床应用。

In order to observe the influence of Yiqi Yangyin Tongbian Tang(a TCM decoction formula,shortly named as Tang)on the intestinal flora of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency constipation,30 patients with Qi and Yin deficiency constipation were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 15 cases.The treatment group was treated with Tang,and the control group was treated with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder orally.The changes of intestinal flora were detected after 3 weeks of treatment.As results,there was no significant difference in the levels of Enterobacter,Enterococcus,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the treatment group in the levels of Enterobacter,Enterococcus,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Bacillus has a significant improvement(P<0.05);the control group has a significant improvement on Enterococcus(P<0.05),but has no significant improvement on Enterobacter,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus(P>0.05);The improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After half a year of follow-up,2 cases(13.33%)in the treatment group recurred,while8 cases(53.33%)in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The results show that Tang can effectively improve the intestinal flora in the treatment of constipation due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and can improve the long-term effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
