深冷大流量LNG高压外输泵的自主研发 被引量:2

摘要 LNG大型高压外输泵是LNG接收站的核心设备之一,具有设计温度低(-196℃)、处理流量大(300~500 m3/h)、扬程高(超过1500 m)等特点,长期以来只能依赖进口。为了突破国外技术垄断、实现LNG高压外输泵的国产化,开展了水力设计、结构设计、材料加工与组装工艺、水力测试和低温测试方法等关键技术研究,研制了国内首台LNG高压外输泵,并与国外的同类产品进行了对比分析。实际应用与对比分析的结果表明:①所研制的高抗气蚀性能LNG高压外输泵水力模型,通过工厂液氮(LN2)低温试验和LNG接收站LNG实流工业应用的运行验证,设备运行平稳,流量、压力、振动、噪声等各项参数指标均能满足实际项目的要求;②所开发的高强度大型铝合金零件锻造及热处理技术,保证了零件在承受泵组自身重量、高压力、大功率运行载荷时泵运行的安全性与可靠性;③研发形成了全速全流量深冷低温性能测试技术。结论认为,LNG高压外输泵实现国产化后,设备投资较进口产品可以节省30%以上、供货周期缩短6个月,为我国LNG项目的建设及运营提供了后备力量。 LNG large-scale high pressure export pumps is one of the core equipments in LNG terminals,which is characterized by low design temperature(-196℃),large treatment flow rate(300-500 m3/h)and high lift(more than 1500 m).This equipment is dependent on imports for a long time.In order to break the monopoly of foreign technologies and realize the localization of LNG high pressure export pumps,this paper studies the key technologies of hydraulic design,structural design,material processing and assembly process,hydraulic test and low temperature test methods.In addition,the domestic first LNG high pressure export pump was developed and then compared with foreign LNG high pressure export pumps.The following practical application and comparative analysis results are obtained.First,the hydraulic model of LNG high-pressure export pumps with high cavitation resistance is verified by the LN2(liquid nitrogen)low temperature test in the factory and the LNG real flow industrial application at the LNG terminal.It shows that the equipment runs smoothly,and its parameters of flow rate,pressure,vibration and noise meet the requirements of actual projects.Second,the forging and heat treatment technology for large-sized high strength aluminum alloy parts ensures the operation safety and reliability of pumps when the parts are under the weight,high pressure and large power operation load of the pump set.Third,the test technology of full speed and full flow rate cryogenic performance is developed.In conclusion,the localization of LNG high pressure export pumps saves the equipment investment by 30%and shortens the product supply cycle by 6 months compared with the imports and provides the reserve force for the construction and operation of domestic LNG projects.
