大学生学习投入影响因素研究——基于Nvivo11的质性分析 被引量:3

摘要 大学生学习投入水平是反映大学生学习情况、学习状态与心理素质的重要衡量指标,对其影响因素的探究也一直是学者们开展研究分析的重要选题。基于Nvivo11软件,对48篇相关文献进行质性分析,研究发现影响大学生学习投入的因素众多,且存在层级关系;个人背景、人格特质、学校环境、教师、学习参与、同伴群体和社会环境是影响大学生学习投入的7个宏观因素,其中前三者属于宏观核心因素;将各宏观因素按内因与外因维度区分,内部因素占主导;每个宏观因素中各自包含不同影响程度的微观因素,共计58个微观因素;通过初步构建大学生学习投入的结构关系图,得出宏观因素中人格特质、学校环境和教师三者之间存在显著的相互关系,内部因素与外部学校因素存在相互关系等结论。 The level of college students′learning input is an important measure to reflect their learning situation,learning state and psychological quality,and the exploration of its influencing factors has always been an important topic for scholars to carry out research and analysis.Based on Nvivo11 software,a qualitative analysis of 48 relevant documents was made.The study found that there are many factors affecting college students′learning input and there is a hierarchical relationship.Personal background,personality traits,learning environment,teachers,learning participation,peer groups and social environment are sevenmacro factors that affect college students′learning input,among which the first 3 are macro core factors;the macro factors are divided according to internal factors and external factors,and internal factors dominate;each macro factor contains micro factors with different degrees of influence,totaling 58 micro factors;through the preliminary construction of the structural relationship diagram of college students′learning input,it is concluded that there is a significant correlation among personality traits,school environment and teachers in macro factors,and there is a relationship between internal factors and external school factors.
