新文科背景下应用型本科院校文科教师基本素养的解构与重构 被引量:8

摘要 新文科相对于传统文科,对文科人才的综合素养提出了更新、更高的要求。但是目前,应用型本科院校文科教师的基本素养却与其存在不适切的表现,如学科背景单一、实践性知识欠缺、观念革新迟缓、跨院(系)流动缺乏等。从新文科对人才素质的要求出发,文科教师既应该具备正向积极的思想政治品质和文化自信,也应该具备学科交叉的知识素养、为未来而教的教学能力素养、敏感实用的信息技术素养以及持续高效的创新性学习素养。要提高这些基本素养,学校管理者既要转变以往在文科教师培养方面的认识和实践误区,也要加强校本管理,强化相关管理制度体系建设,同时,还要积极地促进文科知识资本的输出,借助校地、校企融合,为提高文科教师的综合素养提供实践平台。 The new liberal arts put forward newer and higher requirements for the comprehensive literacy of liberal arts students.But at present,the basic accomplishment of liberal arts teachers in applied universities is not suitable,such as single subject background,lack of practical knowledge,slow concept innovation,the lack of cross-department flow and so on.Under the background of new liberal arts,these teachers should have positive ideological and political qualities and cultural self-confidence,the knowledge accomplishment of crossing subjects,the teaching ability for the future,the sensitive and practical information technology accomplishment and the continuous and efficient innovative study accomplishment.In order to improve these teachers′basic quality,the administrators of universities should not only change their previous misunderstanding and practice in the cultivation of liberal arts teachers,but also strengthen university-based management,strengthen the construction of related systems.At the same time,we should also actively promote the output of liberal arts knowledge capital,and provide a practical platform for improving the comprehensive literacy of liberal arts teachers by means of the integration of schools and enterprises.
