论深度教学的“系统深化”模式及其实施路径 被引量:2

On"system deepening"mode of in-depth teaching and its implementation path

摘要 当今课堂教师教学的工具性与学生学习的表层化现象较为严重,教育者致力于“深度教学”的探索。在如何进行深度教学的思考中提出了“系统深化”的教学模式,即在教师、知识与学生这三大要素的作用下,通过“课前-课中-课后”3个阶段的衔接与循环,实现师生的层级式发展。首先是课前阶段,涉及教师对知识的获取,应转识成智,充分展现教师知识的合力;其次是课中阶段,涉及教师对学生知识的传授,应化静为动,摆脱工具性教学的枷锁;最后是课后阶段,涉及学生对知识的吸收与教师对教学的反思,应由浅至深,超越表层化学习的围墙。通过不断循环内化至深,最终实现师生的层级式发展。 Teachers′instrumental teaching and students′superficial learning are more serious in class nowadays,and educators are committed to the exploration of"in-depth teaching".In the process of thinking how to carry out in-depth teaching,the teaching mode of"system deepening"is proposed,that is,under theimpact of the three elements of teachers,knowledge and students,through the three stages of"pre-class-in class-after class"connection and circulation to realize thehierarchical development of teachers and students.At first,it is the pre-class stage,which involvesteachers′acquisitionof knowledge.It should be transformed into wisdom,and fully demonstrates the synergy of teachers′knowledge;then,it is the in-class stage,which involves teachers imparting knowledge to students.It should turn static into action,and get rid of the tool-based teaching′s shackles;finally,it is the after-school stage,which involves students′absorption of knowledge and teachers′reflection on teaching.It should go from shallow to deep,beyond the walls of superficial learning.Through continuous circulation and internalization to the deepest level,the hierarchical development of teachers and students is finally realized.
