随着移动智能终端制造技术的飞速发展,特别是智能手机与平板电脑等移动终端的用户群体迅速扩大,移动终端的使用极大地提高了人们学习的便利性,大幅提高对碎片时间的利用,可以随时随地不分场地、不分时段轻而易举地完成学习任务。如何在网络学习模式的基础上,进一步对移动学习平台开发技术展开研究,探索并实践基于HTML5开发的移动终端学习微课平台设计,明确响应式微课学习平台设计的核心原理与关键技术,对改造传统基于PC的网络课程适应移动移动端多平台学习环境具有重要的参考和应用价值。
