随着市场环境的变化以及科学技术的发展,现代的营销环境更注重服务业营销。而营销组合7Ps中的人为因素(people)非常重要。这里的人员不仅仅包括顾客,还有些市场营销的内部人员即员工,以及服务环境中的其他顾客即潜在顾客。营销组合中的人员维度,可以更好地应对服务营销的挑战并保持平衡的客户关系。同时,工业4.0技术革新了营销和定制体验,让公司和顾客都有了更精准的定位和选择。技术发展时代,人们能够有效地应用数字化等技术来提供服务,并以持续和可用的形式向客户提供服务。本文将阐述科学技术如何影响营销组合7Ps中的人为因素,并分别从服务提供商、员工内部营销和消费者关系管理三个方面来关注。
With the changes in the market environment and the development of science and technology,the modern marketing environment pays more attention to service industry marketing.And the human factor in the marketing mix 7Ps is very important.The personnel here not only include customers,but also some internal marketing personnel or employees,and other customers in the service environment that are potential customers.The personnel dimension in the marketing mix can better respond to the challenges of service marketing and maintain a balanced customer relationship.At the same time,Industry 4.0 technology has revolutionized the marketing and customization experience,allowing companies and customers to have more precise positioning and choices.In the era of technological development,people can effectively apply digitization and other technologies to provide services,and provide services to customers in a continuous and usable form.This article will explain how science and technology affect the human factors in the 7Ps of the marketing mix,and focus on the three aspects of service providers,employee internal marketing,and consumer relationship management.
