工业园区企业共生融资模式分析

Analysis on the Symbiosis Financing Mode of Enterprises in Industrial Parks

共生融资是当前工业园区内企业进行融资的新型模式,可以更好地解决中小企业资金不足以及信息不对称等融资难问题。首先,本文分析了工业园区企业共生融资的必要性;其次,提出了当前工业园区企业进行融资的难点;最后,在此基础上提出了建立工业园区企业共生融资模式的优化策略,进而改善工业园区中小企业融资难题,提供一些可行性的参考建议。

Symbiosis fi nancing is a new type of fi nancing for enterprises in industrial parks,which can better solve the fi nancing diffi culties of small and medium-sized enterprises such as insuffi cient funds and information asymmetry.Firstly,this article analyzes the necessity of symbiosis fi nancing for enterprises in industrial parks.Secondly,it puts forward the diffi culties of fi nancing for enterprises in industrial parks.Finally,on this basis,the optimization strategy of establishing the symbiotic fi nancing mode of enterprises in the industrial park is proposed,so as to provide some feasible suggestions for improving the fi nancing diffi culties of SMEs in the industrial park.
