摘要 随着一二线电子商务市场的逐渐饱和,社区成为零售市场一片尚待开发的蓝海。加上移动支付、拼购模式的成熟,孕育出了社区团购这种“线上预售+线下自提”的商业模式,这种模式通过预售以销定采,降低库存,并且具有需求频率高、资金周转快的优势,但同时也对供应链效率有了更高的要求。当前这种商业模式还在发展阶段,供应链模式尚不成熟。本文从集中采购、配送到店、用户自提三个阶段进行了分析,并从质量控制、供应商整合、末端交付场景优化三个方面提出了对策和建议,以供参考。 With the gradual saturation of the fi rst and second-tier e-commerce markets,the community has become a blue ocean market yet to be developed in the retail market.Coupled with the maturity of mobile payment and purchase models,the business model of“online pre-sale+offl ine self-pickup”of community group purchase has been born.This model sells and purchases through pre-sale,reduce inventory,and has the advantages of high demand frequency and fast capital turnover.Meanwhile,there are higher requirements for the effi ciency of the supply chain.The business model is booming,and has not yet formed a mature supply chain.This article analyzes the three stages of centralized procurement,distribution to store,and user pick-up.In addition,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects:quality control,supplier integration,and terminal delivery scenario optimization for reference.
