Reference and Enlightenment of International Experiences in Financial Support of Marine Economic Development

当前陆域资源日益紧缺,生态环境不断恶化,诸多国家将注意力投向发展海洋经济。本文通过对美国、日本等海洋经济发达国家和地区的发展模式、政策制定等进行比较分析,结合我国实际,提出对中国海洋金融发展的建议,以期为中国金融支持海洋经济的发展提供有益的经验借鉴。

Land resources are becoming increasingly scarce and the ecological environment is constantly deteriorating.Many countries have turned their attention to the development of the marine economy.This paper compares and analyzes the development models and policy formulations of the developed countries and regions of the marine economy such as the United States,Japan,etc.,combined with China’s actual conditions,puts forward suggestions on the development of China’s marine fi nance,in order to provide useful experience for China’s fi nancial support for the development of the marine economy.
