产教融合背景下跨境电商人才培养的路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Cross-border E-commerce Talent Cultivation under the Background of Industry-education Integration

随着我国跨境电商的发展和扩大,跨境电商人才缺口也越来越大。高校作为培养跨境电商人才的摇篮,应该持续加大电商人才的培养,尤其应该重视跨境电商人才实践能力的培养。文章从电商人才培养的必要性、当前跨境电商人才培养面临的问题与现状,以及产教融合背景下跨境电商企业培养人才的路径与方法进行研究与分析。

With the development and expansion of China's cross-border e-commerce,the talent gap of cross-border e-commerce is also growing.As the cradle of cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents,colleges and universities should continuously improve the cultivation of e-commerce talents,especially the cultivation of practical ability of cross-border e-commerce talents.This paper studies and analyzes the necessity of e-commerce talent training,the problems and current situation of cross-border e-commerce talents training,and the path and methods of cross-border e-commerce enterprise talent training under the background of integration of Industry and education.
