摘要
伴随着经济的飞速发展,各行各业所面临的机遇和挑战是并存的,企业在经济高速发展的过程中,出现了应用创新型人才紧缺的现象,尤其是工商管理专业人才。虽然教育体制的改革不断深入,但是在高职院校工商管理专业创新型人才培养的过程中依然存在着一些问题,如重知识轻实践、缺乏针对性、教学创新力度不足等,如何针对这些问题提出行之有效的解决对策,是高职院校目前阶段的首要任务。对此本文展开了一系列的论述,旨在为同行提供有价值的理论参考。
With the rapid development of economy,all walks of life are facing both opportunities and challenges.In the process of rapid economic development,there is a shortage of applied innovative talents,especially business management professionals.Although the reform of the education system continues to deepen,there are still some problems in the process of cultivating innovative talents of business administration major in higher vocational colleges,such as emphasizing knowledge over practice,lack of pertinence,lack of teaching innovation and so on.How to put forward effective solutions to these problems is the primary task of higher vocational colleges at the present stage.This paper has launched a series of discussions,aiming to provide valuable theoretical reference for colleagues.
