At present,the domestic economy is developing in the direction of a new normal,from the original high speed development to a medium-high-speed trend.With the development and progress of my country's social economy,industrial transformation and upgrading have become the inevitable requirements of major traditional industries.For resource-based cities,upgrading and transformation are very difficult.To improve the economic structure,maintain social stability,and protect the ecological environment during the development process,it is necessary to thoroughly study social governance plans and explore effective measures suitable for industrial transformation and upgrading.This article will conduct an in-depth study on the social governance of resource-based cities under the infl uence of the new normal of economic development,and hope to give some enlightenment and help to relevant workers.
