摘要
企业社会工作是社会工作领域的重要分支,承担着促进企业与员工共同发展的使命与责任。面对中小企业在提升员工学习力方面存在着经济实力不足、人才培训机制不健全等问题时,企业社会工作也应转变传统“需求为本”的满足视角为关注内在的“优势”。本文基于资产为本的社区发展模式,通过社会工作的小组工作方法,采取以企业的资产挖掘、关系建构、聚焦内在的实践路径来提升员工的学习力。
Corporate social work is an important branch of the field of social work,and it bears the mission and responsibility of promoting the common development of enterprises and employees.Faced with the problems of insuffi cient economic strength and imperfect talent training mechanism in improving the learning ability of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises,corporate social work should transform the traditional demand-based perspective to focus on inherent advantages.Based on the asset-based community development model,through the group work method of social work,this paper adopts the practice path of enterprise asset exploration,relationship construction and focusing on internal to improve the learning ability of employees.
