摘要
随着信息时代的迅速发展,我国互联网企业所面临的不确定性增大,这就要求企业及时转变经营理念和手段。与此同时,OKR在Google、Facebook、Oracle(甲骨文)等世界顶尖互联网企业得到成功应用。本文探究基于OKR的目标管理模式在我国互联网企业内部的具体应用,分析OKR对实现公司战略目标的驱动作用,并结合我国互联网技术企业的发展研究现状,探索OKR在互联网企业目标管理中的运用模式和积极作用。
With the rapid development of the information age,the uncertainty faced by my country's Internet companies has increased,which requires companies to change their business concepts and methods in a timely manner.At the same time,OKR has been successfully applied in the world's top internet companies such as Google,Facebook,and Oracle.This paper explores the specifi c application of the target management mode based on OKR in China's internet enterprises,analyzes the driving role of OKR in achieving the company's strategic objectives,and explores the application mode and positive role of OKR in the target management of internet enterprises combined with the development research status of China's internet technology enterprises.
