应用于柔性薄膜晶体管的无色透明聚酰亚胺研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 为实现柔性可折叠显示器件的应用,聚酰亚胺膜在柔性的薄膜晶体管(TFT)材料制备中被广泛应用,无色透明聚酰亚胺(CPI)作为一类兼顾无色透明性及耐热性的聚合物近些年受到关注,其可进一步实现全透明的柔性显示。本研究综述了柔性TFT应用场景下对CPI膜的各项性能要求及相对应的调控机理,针对CPI膜透光性与耐热性、尺寸稳定性等性能间存在的相互制约的特点,指出通过模拟计算选择合适单体结构及调整加工工艺等手段,可实现CPI膜各项性能的综合提升,为将来更多场景下的应用提供理论依据。 In order to realize the application of flexible and foldable display device,polyimide film is widely used in flexible thin film transistor(TFT)device.Colorless polyimide(CPI)is one kinds of polyimide with good heat resistance and optical properties,which has gained attention in recent years.Fully transparent display can be realized by using CPI film.This review summarized the demand for various performances of CPI substrate in application of flexible TFT substrate.In view of each performance of CPI contradict to each other,which included transparency,heat-resistance and dimensional stability,it was indicated that select suitable monomer with the assistant of computational calculation and adjust process might give contribution to the improvement of materials perfomance.It would be possible to provide more applications with the development of CPI film.
