校企支部联学共建促进教育教学改革——以福建省高等学校党支部工作"立项活动"省级优秀成果为例

基层党支部是党的基础组织,是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党全部工作和战斗力的基础。为更好地建设服务型党组织,彰显基层党支部的号召力、凝聚力和战斗力,建立校企党建共建的长效机制,促进双方的协同发展,福建信息职业技术学院电子工程系教工党支部与福建电信网优中心党支部结对共建,多次开展联学活动,促进系部专业建设、教学改革。校企党支部共建是探索高校党建工作与企业党建工作合作的新思路、新做法,充分发挥了高校和企业双方的优势,做到有机结合,为学院发展注入了新的活力,更是为专业课程体系、人才培养模式、教育教学改革的探索奠定了基础。

The grass-roots Party branch is the basic organization of the party,the Battle Fortress of the party in the social grass-roots organizations,and the foundation of the party’s all work and combat effectiveness.In order to better build a service-oriented party organization,highlight the appeal,cohesion and combat effectiveness of grass-roots party branches,establish a long-term mechanism for school enterprise party building,and promote the coordinated development of both sides,the teaching staff party branch of the Electronic Engineering Department of Fujian Institute of information technology and the Party branch of Fujian Telecom Network Excellence Center have jointly built and carried out joint learning activities for many times to promote the Department’s professional construction and teaching reform.The co construction of Party branches in Colleges and enterprises is a new way of thinking and practice to explore the cooperation between the party building work in Col eges and enterprises.It gives ful play to the advantages of both universities and enterprises,and achieves organic combination,which injects new vitality into the development of the college,and lays a foundation for the exploration of professional curriculum system,talent training mode and education and teaching reform.
