摘要
采用电化学充氢、电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线和扫描电镜等手段,研究了氢渗透对L360QS钢表面环氧树脂涂层剥离的影响。结果表明:无氢渗透条件下,涂层的保护性能随着浸泡时间的延长而下降,但不会发生剥离;在氢渗透条件下,涂层剥离的程度随着充氢电流密度的增大而加剧,氢渗透显著加速了涂层失效过程。
The effect of hydrogen permeation on delamination of epoxy resin coating on surface of L360 QS steel was studied by electrochemical hydrogen charging,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that under the condition of no hydrogen permeation,the protective property of the coating decreased with the prolongation of soak time,but no delamination occurred.Under the condition of hydrogen permeation,the degree of coating delamination increased significantly with the increase of hydrogen charging current density,which indicated that hydrogen permeation significantly accelerated the failure process of coating.
