基于虚拟仪器的浮空飞行器阀门试验台测控软件设计

摘要 基于虚拟仪器技术采用LabVIEW开发了用于浮空飞行器阀门试验的通用测试与控制软件(以下简称"测控软件"),可实时采集与监控浮空飞行器的差压、绝压、温度、阀门开度、充气流量等参数,并能对阀门和试验设备实施多种控制,包括手动和自动控制阀门开启与关闭、控制多种风机启停工作等。经试验证明,所设计的测控软件能准确、可靠地实现浮空飞行器多种阀门工作参数采集、处理与有效控制。软件采取通用化、模块化、结构化的原则进行设计,提高了软件模块的独立性,充分发挥科研平台优势,将信号采集、处理、控制功能与试验对象有效集成,为浮空飞行器阀门试验提供了很好的通用测控平台,可服务于多种型号浮空飞行器阀门测试试验。 General test and control software for pressure control valve test bed of airship is developed by using virtual instrument technology and LabVIEW.The software can collect and monitor parameters such as the differential pressure,absolute pressure,temperature,valve opening degrees,inflation flow of the airship in real time,and can implement a variety of control modes on valves and test equipment,including manual and automatic control of valve opening and closing,control of various fan start-up and stop work,etc.The test results show that this software can accurately and reliably realize the acquisition,processing and effective control of various valves working parameters of the airship.The software is designed based on the principle of generalization,modularization and structured methods,which improves the independence of software module,gives full play to the advantages of scientific research platform.Meanwhile it integrates signal acquisition,processing,control and test objects effectively,provides a good general measurement and control platform for valve test of airship,and can serve the valve test of various types of airships.
