针刀治疗乳腺囊性增生病疗效观察

Observation the Therapeutic Effect of Acupotomology on Cystic Hyperplasia of Breast

目的观察针刀松解华佗夹脊穴治疗乳腺囊性增生病的疗效。方法选择临床确诊的120例乳腺囊性增生病患者,在其背部6-9棘突间隙旁开0.5 cm寻找阳性反应点针刀松解,然后拔火罐,观察疗效。结果 120例乳腺囊性增生病患者80例1次治愈。25例2次治愈。15例3次治愈。有效率100%,一次治愈率67%,二次治愈率21%,三次治愈率12%。所有患者均通过复诊或电话随访6个月至3年,3例于治愈1年半左右复发,均经再次治疗治愈。结论针刀松解治疗乳腺囊性增生病有效率高,复发率低,安全无副作用,费用低,方便快捷。

Objective Observing the therapeutic effect of curing cystic hyperplasia of breast through acupotomology release therapy. Methods Selecting 120 patients who have been diagnosed with cystic hyperplasia of breast in our hospital from Feb. 2012 to Feb. 2018,To find Huatuo Jiaji point on the back and observe the curative effect. Results Among all the patients, 80 cases were cured, 25 cases were cured after the second therapy, 15 cases were cured through three surgeries. One-time curing rate is 67%, two-times curing rate is 21%, while three-times curing rate is 12%. The average curing rate has reached 100%. After that, through subsequent visit or telephone interview, we checked all the patients’ physical conditions in the following 6 months to 3 years. Among them, 3 cases relapsed within half a year, but have been cured after another treatment. Conclusions Acupotomology release therapy is an effective and convenient way to cure cystic hyperplasia of breast with the feature of low recurrence rate, no side effect and low cost.
