摘要
目的观察对比电针疏密波治疗脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取符合条件的临床患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,在相同的基础治疗前提下,观察组采用电针疏密波治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗。在治疗前后分别测量患者的瞳孔直径和眼裂宽度,进行统计学分析。同时根据临床疗效标准,统计观察组和对照组的总有效率。结果观察组与对照组治疗前后的瞳孔直径与眼裂宽度治疗前进行组间比较二者无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后的瞳孔直径、眼裂宽度组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后的瞳孔直径、眼裂宽度变化组内比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。临床疗效结果比较结果显示,观察组总有效率87.88%,对照组为81.25%,观察组高于对照组,且二者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论电针疏密波对脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹具有明显治疗作用,且疗效明显优于普通针刺疗法。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of electroacupuncture(EA) in treating oculomotor paralysis after stroke.Methods The eligible clinical patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Under the same basic treatment premise, the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in the control group. Before and after treatment, the pupil diameter and eye fissure width were measured and statistically analyzed. At the same time, according to the standard of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of observation group and control group was counted. Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05) between the observation group and the control group before and after the treatment of pupil diameter and eye fissure width After treatment, there was significant difference in pupil diameter and eye fissure width between the two groups(P<0.05). Before and after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in pupil diameter and fissure width(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.88, the control group was 81.25, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Electroacupuncture is superior to general acupuncture in treating oculomotor nerve paralysis after stroke.
