人性化护理在脑外伤患者围术期中的效果和满意度观察

Observation on the Effect and Satisfaction of Humanized Nursing in Patients with Brain Trauma During Perioperative Period

目的探究分析人性化护理在脑外伤患者围术期中的效果和满意度。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月所收治的60例脑外伤患者,通过电脑随机的划分方式将其划分为接受常规护理的对照组和人性化护理的观察组,每组患者各30例。对比分析两组患者的预后并发症情况、生活质量的改善情况、疼痛量表评分以及满意度。结果观察组的生活质量评分以及满意度都是明显优于对照组的,且观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论人性化护理干预可以有效降低脑外伤患者并发症发生率并改善患者的预后生活质量,有效缓解了患者的痛苦且提高了患者满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect and satisfaction of humanized nursing in the perioperative period of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods Select 60 cases of brain trauma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020, and divide them into a control group receiving routine care and an observation group with humanized care through a computerized randomization method. Each patient has its own 30 cases. The prognostic complications, quality of life improvement, pain scale score and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The quality of life score and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusions Humanized nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with brain trauma and improve the prognostic quality of life of patients, effectively alleviate the suffering of patients and improve patient satisfaction, and has excellent clinical application value.
