十堰市2020年初新型冠状病毒肺炎无症状感染者传染性分析

Analysis of the Infectivity of Asymptomatic Carriers with Coronavirus Disease in Shiyan City in Early 2020

目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情集中爆发期湖北省十堰市无症状感染者的传染性。方法:收集截止2020年2月27日本地区发生的19例新型冠状病毒肺炎无症状感染者的传播链条及流行病学暴露风险。结果:19例无症状感染者均由外地感染后输入,有11例发生本地传播,其中7例通过同住同餐传播,4例通过同餐与娱乐接触传播。11例首代无症状感染者核酸检测阳性平均持续时间(15.44±2.37)d,共有密切接触者59人,其中12人成为二代病例,另有4例三代病例。结论:新冠病毒肺炎无症状感染者可长时间携带病毒,具有传染性但传播力有限,密切接触可增加传播风险。

Objective Analysis of the infectivity of asymptomatic carriers in Shiyan City,Hubei Province during the out⁃break of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The transmission route and epidemiological exposure risk of COVID-19 asymptomatic carriers that occurred as of February 27,2020 in this area were collected and analyzed.Results All the 19 asymptomatic patients were imported from other places after infection,and 11 of them had local transmission,of which 7 were transmitted by living with the same meal,and 4 by having the same meal and entertainment contact.The aver⁃age duration of positive nucleic acid test in 11 first generation asymptomatic patients was(15.44±37.00)days.A total of 59 people had close contacts,12 of them became second-generation cases,and 4 of them were third-generation cases.Con⁃clusion COVID-19 asymptomatic infections can carry the virus for a long time.It is contagious but has limited transmission.Close contact can increase the risk of transmission.
