全球化依然是當今世界的大勢,而科學技術的進步,特別是互聯網、大數據、物聯網、雲計算技術等的快速發展,極大地推動了全球化的進程,使網絡空間成為繼陸、海、空、天之後的人類第五大空間。
Globalization remains a major trend in the world nowadays,and advances in science and technology,especially the rapid development of the Internet,big data,the Internet of Things and cloud computing technologies,have greatly facilitated the process of globalization,making cyberspace the fifth largest space for humankind after land,ocean,sky and outer space.The extensive use of information and communication technologies(hereinafter referred to as ICT(s)).
