摘要
试验旨在研究紫花苜蓿、黑麦草、燕麦草和甜高粱在辽宁绒山羊瘤胃中的降解特性。采用尼龙袋法,选用4只身体健康、平均体重(42.35±2.69) kg的安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的辽宁绒山羊,测定4种牧草的干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的瘤胃降解特性。结果显示,4种牧草营养价值较高。DM和粗蛋白质的有效降解率从高到低为紫花苜蓿、甜高粱、黑麦草和燕麦草。中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的有效降解率从高到低为黑麦草、甜高粱、紫花苜蓿和燕麦草。试验表明,辽宁绒山羊对苜蓿、黑麦草和甜高粱中营养物质的瘤胃降解率较高,燕麦草中营养物质瘤胃降解率较低。黑麦草和甜高粱具有作为辽宁绒山羊优质粗饲料的潜力,需要进一步研究。
The experiment was conducted to study the degradation characteristics of alfalfa,ryegrass,oat grass and sweet sorghum in the rumen of Liaoning cashmere goat.Four Liaoning cashmere goats with permanent rumen fistula and body health,average body weight(42.35±2.69)kg were used,nylon bag method was used to evaluate rumen degradability characteristics of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fibre and acid detergent fibre of four forages.The results showed that four kinds of forage all had high nutritional value.The effective degradation rate of dry matter and crude protein from high to low was alfalfa,sweet sorghum,ryegrass and oat grass.The effective degradation rate of neutral washing fiber and acid washing fiber was ryegrass,sweet sorghum,alfalfa and oat grass from high to low.The experiment indicates that the nutrients in alfalfa,ryegrass and sweet sorghum had higher rumen degradability in Liaoning cashmere goat,and nutrients in oat grass had lower rumen degradability.Ryegrass and sweet sorghum have potential as high quality roughage to Liaoning cashmere goats,but need further study.
