材料现代分析方法与新材料技术的发展

ADVANCES OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES OF MATERIALS AND MODERN METHODS OF MATERIAL TESTING

着重从宏观的角度论述材料现代分析方法与新材料技术发展的关系。从材料科学研究的实质出发 ,其目的在于解释材料的宏观性能与微观组织结构的关系 ,指出材料现代分析方法是进行材料科学研究以及材料工程应用及失效分析必不可少的研究方法 ,是对材料的组元、成分、结构特征以及组织形貌或缺陷等进行观察和分析的重要手段 ,列举了主要材料现代分析的方法和技术的进展。阐述了在新材料的研究及产品的应用中 ,材料检测评价技术所起的重要地位和作用。

Exposition of the relationship between modern methods of material testing and the progress of new technologies of materials was set forth from a macroscopic point of view. Essentially explanations of the relationship between the macroscopic properties and the microstructure of materials were considered to be the aim of research works on materials. It was emphasized that modern methods of material testing were indispensable for research works on materials, for applications of materials in engineering and in failure analysis; and the testing methods were improtant ways in the observation and analysis of constitutional units, composition, structural characteristics, and constitutional appearances or defects of materials. Illustrations of some recent progresses of modern methods and techniques of material testing were also given. The important role and position of material testing and evaluation in the researches of new materials and their applications was also discussed.
