摘要
试验研究蒲公英粉和虾青素对蛋鸡生产性能与蛋品质影响。选择450只体重相近的45周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成9组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。E1组(对照组)蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,E2组在基础日粮中添加1.0%蒲公英粉,E3组在基础日粮中添加0.25%虾青素,E4、E5、E6组分别添加1.0%、3.0%、5.0%的蒲公英粉和0.25%虾青素,E7、E8、E9组分别添加1.0%、3.0%、5.0%的蒲公英粉和0.50%虾青素。预试期1 w,正式试验期4 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中单独及协同添加蒲公英粉和虾青素均能显著提高产蛋率,降低料蛋比,加深蛋黄颜色,增强蛋壳强度,提高新城疫抗体效价(P<0.05)。试验表明,蒲公英粉和虾青素能够提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋品质,增强免疫功能;添加5.0%蒲公英粉和0.25%虾青素最为理想。
The experiment studied the effect of dandelion powder and astaxanthin on performance and egg quality of laying hens. 450 Hyline brown layers of 45-week-old with similar body weight were randomly divided into nine numerically-equal treatment groups, with five replicates in each group and 10 layers in each replicate. Layers in group E1(control group) was fed with basal diet, E2 was fed with basal diet supplemented with 1% dandelion powder, E3 was fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.25% astaxanthin, E4, E5, E6 were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1.0%, 3.0%,5.0% dandelion powder+0.25% astaxanthin, and E7, E8, E9 were fed with basal diet supplemented with 1.0%, 3.0%,5.0% dandelion powder+0.50% astaxanthin. The pre-trial period lasted for 1 w and the trial period lasted for 4 w. The results showed that compared with control group, dietary of dandelion powde or astaxanthin, and dandelion powder combined with astaxanthin supplementation improved laying rate, decrease feed to egg ratio, deepen yolk color, enhance eggshell strength and improve the titer of Newcastle disease antibody(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that dandelion powder and astaxanthin can improve production performance, egg quality and immune function. The dietary supplementation of 5.0% dandelion powder combined with 0.25% astaxanthin is the best combination.
