摘要
试验旨在探究稻草与构树混合青贮对青贮营养成分和发酵品质的影响。试验分为4组,每组6个重复。CK组为对照组(构树单独青贮),BR-1、BR-2、BR-3组分别按照构树∶稻草鲜重比例9∶1、8∶2和7∶3进行青贮,青贮60 d。结果显示,混合青贮试验组感官评定均优于CK组。混合青贮试验组乳酸含量较较CK组显著提高(P<0.05),混合青贮试验组pH值、乙酸含量、丙酸含量和氨态氮/总氮比值均较CK组显著降低(P<0.05),只有CK组检测出少量丁酸。混合青贮试验组干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量均较CK组含量差异显著(P<0.05)。试验表明,将稻草不同比例添加到构树青贮中,可以降低青贮pH值和乙酸含量、丙酸含量和丁酸含量,提高乳酸含量和青贮品质且BR-1组品质最优。
The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of mixed silage of rice straw and paper mulberry on the nutrient composition and fermentation quality of the silage. The experiment was divided into four groups with six replicates in each group. The CK group was the control group(Broussonetia papyrifera silage alone), and the experimental groups BR-1, BR-2, and BR-3 were in accordance with the fresh weight ratios of Broussonetia papyrifera∶rice straw of 9∶1, 8∶2 and 7∶3 to silage for 60 d. The results showed that the sensory evaluation of the mixed silage test group was better than that of CK group. The lactic acid content of the mixed silage test group was significantly higher than that of CK group(P<0.05), and the pH value, acetic acid content, propionic acid content and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen in the mixed silage test group were significantly lower than that of the CK group(P<0.05), only a small amount of butyric acid was detected in CK group. The contents of DM, CP,ADF, NDF and WSC in the mixed silage test group were significantly different than those in CK group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding different proportions of rice straw to Broussonetia papyrifera silage can reduce pH value, acetic acid content, propionic acid content and butyric acid content, increase lactic acid content and silage quality, and the BR-1 group has the best quality.
