新时代高校MSW学生实践能力的培育路径

Cultivation Path of MSW Students’Practical Ability in New Era

实践能力是社会工作专业学生核心能力之一,新时代对高校社会工作硕士生(MSW)实践能力提出了新的要求。高校社会工作硕士生实践能力现状的研究显示,当前高校MSW学生普遍存在实践经验缺乏、实务能力较低的现状。在关于高校MSW学生实践能力影响因素的调研中,生源专业背景、学生专业价值认同度、学生就业意愿、高校培养模式、专业师资力量等因素作用明显。对有着不同生源专业背景和就业意愿的MSW学生展开有针对性的实践引导,发挥实践育人功能,鼓励在岗专业教师提升实践教学能力,构建社会工作实践教学体系、开拓实践教学平台,落实校内外双师督导机制,提升高校MSW学生的专业认同感以及推动反身性实践是推动高校MSW实践能力培育的有效路径。

Practical ability is one of the core abilities of social work.The new era puts forward new requirements for the practical ability of MSW students.Research on the current situation of practical ability of MSW students in universities shows that the current situation of lack of practical experience and low practical ability of MSW students in colleges and universities is widespread.In the investigation on the influencing factors of practical ability of MSW students in colleges and universities,the factors such as students’professional background,students’recognition of professional value,students’employment intention,college training mode,and professional teachers’strength play an obvious role.To different students professional background and the practice of the employment intention of MSW students targeted guidance,practice education function,encouraging on-the-job professional teachers improve teaching practice ability,build a social work practice teaching system,innovative and practical teaching platform,to carry out the double face-to-face supervision mechanism,improve the professional identity of MSW students in colleges and universities and promote reflexivity practice is an effective path to promote MSW practical ability cultivation.
