流域综合规划实施对区域生态环境的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Comprehensive Watershed Planning on Regional Ecological Environment

流域规划的编制和实施将使流域的有限水源得到更好地利用,但会对自然环境的正向演变产生一定的影响。论文分析了与流域综合规划相关的生态环境要素,研究了流域综合规划重点工程对生态环境的影响,并提出了相应的缓解方法,希望能为后续流域水源的综合利用以及保护提供一定的参考。

The formulation and implementation of watershed planning will make better use of the limited water resources in the basin,but will have certain influence on the positive evolution of the natural environment.This paper analyzes the eco-environmental factors related to the integrated watershed planning,studies the impact of the key projects of the integrated watershed planning on the eco-environment,and puts forward the corresponding mitigation methods,it is hoped to provide some reference for the comprehensive utilization and protection of water resources in the follow-up basin.
