探析赤道地区临海环境下大体积混凝土浇筑技术

摘要 随着我国建筑业的迅速发展,建筑工程基础施工中大体积混凝土的应用频率越来越高。但通过长期的实践证明,大体积混凝土施工工艺较为复杂,难度相对较大,同时产生有害裂缝的概率较高,而有害裂缝又会危害混凝土结构,影响结构的安全性和耐久性。论文主要针对赤道地区临海环境下大体积混凝土的材料选用、施工、养护等方面进行探讨,并结合印度尼西亚年产2.0×10^(6)t氧化铝项目实际施工中采取的控制措施进行概述。 With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, the application frequency of mass concrete in the foundation construction of construction projects is higher and higher. However, long-term practice has proved that the construction technology of large-volume concrete is relatively complicated and difficult, and the probability of harmful cracks is high, and harmful cracks will harm the concrete structure and affect the safety and durability of the structure. This article mainly discusses the material selection, construction, and maintenance of mass concrete in the coastal environment of the equatorial region, and summarizes the control measures taken in the actual construction of the 2 million tons of alumina project in Indonesia.
