摘要
从企业市场经营工作的现状入手,分析了当前市场经营工作中存在的具有盲目性、缺少队伍支撑、制度流程不完善等问题,并针对问题提出要与战略发展规划相结合、建立专业市场经营队伍等对策,进而从经营战略、组织结构、管理体制等方面提出了企业市场经营工作的创新办法,以供相关企业参考。
Starting from the current situation of enterprise market operation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current market operation,such as blindness,lack of team support,imperfect system and process,and puts forward countermeasures such as combining with the strategic development plan and establishing professional market operation team,and puts forward the innovative methods of business market operation for the reference of related enterprises from the aspects ofbusiness strategy,organizational structure and management system.
