Key Points of Technical Quality Management of Overseas Construction Projects

随着国家“一带一路”倡议的提出,越来越多的国内施工企业抓住了机遇,不断开拓海外市场而海外建筑工程项目的管理工作与国内相比具有较大差别,认清并解决管理中存在的问题是项目顺利完成的保障论文结合实际海外工程,针对施工技术管理过程中存在的前期准备工作不充分、法律意识淡薄等问题提出了具有针对性的管理对策。

With the proposal of the national"the Belt and One Initiative"policy,more and more domestic construction enterprises seize the opportunity and continue to develop overseas markets.However,the management of overseas construction projects is quite different from that in China.To recognize and solve the existing problems in the management is the guarantee for the successful completion of the project.In this paper,combined with the actual overseas projects,in view of the construction technology management in the process of insufficient preparation work,weak legal awareness and other problems,targeted management countermeasures are put forword,for reference only.
