连接管内包装袋在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除手术中的应用分析

目的探讨连接管内包装袋制成的标本袋在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除手术中的应用效果。方法选择2019年12月—2020年12月新余市妇幼保健院收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者78例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各39例。2组均行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术,对照组术中采用橡胶手套制成的标本袋取手术标本,观察组采用连接管内包装制作的可收口的标本袋取手术标本,对比2组标本取出所用时间、围术期相关指标及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组标本袋放入腹腔时间、收纳标本时间、标本离开腹腔时间分别为(6.04±0.55)s、(40.35±6.17)s、(336.30±46.68)s,均短于对照组的(7.65±0.43)s、(46.68±5.53)s、(497.95±55.78)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中冲洗液量为(623.34±117.79)mL,少于对照组的(799.95±125.26)mL;观察组术中体温为(36.78±0.72)℃,高于对照组(34.36±0.55)℃,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连接管内包装袋制成的标本袋在卵巢囊肿剔除手术中具有较好的应用效果,可缩短标本取出时间,减少标本袋破裂或内容物渗出等不良事件的发生,降低手术风险与成本,提高手术效率与质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of the specimen bag made from the inner packing bag in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.Methods 78 patients with benign ovarian tumors from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected,Divided into two groups according to the random number table method,39 cases each.Laparoscopic cystectomy was performed in both groups,In the control group,the surgical specimens were obtained from a rubber glove bag,The observation group used the closed specimen bag made of the inner packing to collect the surgical specimen,The time,perioperative indexes and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The time of abdominal cavity placement,the time of receiving,and the time of leaving were(6.04±0.55)s、(40.35±6.17)s、(336.30±46.68)s,respectively were shorter than those in the control group(7.65±0.43)s、(46.68±5.53)s、(497.95±55.78)s,All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The amount of flushing fluid in the observation group was(623.34±117.79)mLduring operation Less than(799.95±125.26)ml;in control group The intraoperative body temperature of the observation group was(36.78±0.72℃),℃ higher than the control group(34.36±0.55),All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.13%,Less than 23.08%in the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of the specimen bag made of the bag connected to the tube has a good effect in the operation of ovarian cyst removal,which can shorten the time of specimen removal,reduce the occurrence of bad time such as rupture of the specimen bag or exudation of the contents,and reduce the risk and cost of operation.Improve the efficiency and quality of operation.
