有机磷农药中毒中西医结合急救护理效果观察

First aid nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的分析有机磷农药中毒应用中西医结合急救护理的临床效果。方法采取随机数字表法将医院收治的90例有机磷农药中毒患者分为2组,各45例,分别为采取常规急救护理的对照组与应用中西医结合急救护理的观察组。所有患者均采取血必净联合阿托品治疗,就2组护理效果展开观察。结果研究组抢救成功率、治愈率分别为100.0%(45/45)、93.3%(42/45),高于对照组的88.9%(40/45)、82.2%(37/45),差异显著(P<0.05);研究组中毒症状消失时间为(2.97±0.72)h,短于对照组的(4.88±1.39)h,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、认知功能评分分别为(90.44±3.83)分、(90.72±3.79)分、(91.78±3.63)分、(92.79±3.51)分,高于对照组的(82.25±4.64)分、(81.88±4.72)分、(82.88±4.59)分、(83.13±4.52)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合急救护理应用于有机磷农药中毒患者中可挽救患者生命,在较短时间内改善中毒症状,提升生活质量,值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine emergency nursing on organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 90 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.They were the control group taking routine emergency care and the observation group using integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine emergency care.All patients were treated with Xuebijing combined with atropine.Results the rescue success rate and cure rate of the study group were 100.0%(45/45)and 93.3%(42/45)respectively,which were higher than 88.9%(40/45)and 82.2%(37/45)of the control group,P<0.05(χ2=11.752and5.731);the disappearance time of poisoning symptoms of the study group was(2.97±0.72)h,which was shorter than(4.88±1.39)h of the control group,P<0.05(t=8.185,P<0.05),The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and cognitive function in the study group were(90.44±3.83),(90.72±3.79),(91.78±3.63),(92.79±3.51)respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(82.25±4.64),(81.88±4.72),(82.88±4.59),(83.13±4.52),P<0.05(t=9.132,9.796,10.202,11.323).Conclusion the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine emergency nursing in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can save their lives,improve their poisoning symptoms in a short time,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
