摘要
目的探讨柠檬冰刺激联合间歇性经口至食管管饲胃肠营养法(IOE)在吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法2018年9月—2020年10月选择76例脑卒中后出现吞咽障碍患者为对象开展研究,通过抽签法确定分为2组,对照组38例予间歇性经口至食管管饲胃肠营养法,观察组38例予柠檬冰刺激联合间歇性经口至食管管饲胃肠营养法。比较2组的疗效。结果2组患者临床治疗有效率分别为76.32%,97.37%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者采用柠檬冰刺激联合间歇性经口至食管管饲胃肠营养法治疗,能够有效改善其预后,提高临床治疗效果,应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of lemon ice stimulation combined with intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding gastrointestinal nutrition(IOE)in the treatment of patients with dysphagia.Methods from September 2018 to October 2020,76 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected and divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)according to the method of drawing lots.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rates of the two groups were 76.32%and 97.37%(P<0.05).Conclusion Lemon Ice stimulation combined with intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding gastrointestinal nutrition can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
