混凝土拌和站卸料系统技术研究

摘要 混凝土拌和站卸料系统是一种运用于混凝土搅拌站的新型设备,该系统包括卸料斗、支架、立柱、定滑轮、卸料口、启闭装置、拉绳、搅拌车、平台、钢环、锁定装置、重力升降柱、坡道和限位槽。随着我国建筑行业的迅猛发展,对预拌混凝土的需求也不断增加。预拌混凝土需要集中拌制和及时运输,因此,混凝土搅拌站如何提高混凝土卸装效率至关重要。基于此,本文介绍一种混凝土拌和站卸料拌和系统。该设备能够在实现实时控制卸料流量的同时提高装卸效率,防止混凝土在装卸过程中发生溢料现象。目前,在国内混凝土搅拌站拥有广阔的发展前景和应用价值。 The unloading system of concrete mixing station is a new type of equipment used in concrete mixing plant.The system includes unloading hopper,bracket,column,fixed pulley,discharge port,opening and closing device,pulling rope,mixing truck,platform,steel ring,locking device,gravity lifting column,ramp and limit groove.With the rapid development of China's construction industry,the demand for ready mixed concrete is also increasing.Ready mixed concrete needs centralized mixing and timely transportation.Therefore,how to improve the unloading efficiency of concrete is very important.Based on this,this paper introduces a concrete mixing station unloading system.The equipment can realize the real_time control of discharge flow and improve the loading and unloading efficiency,so as to prevent the overflow of concrete in the process of loading and unloading.At present,it has broad development prospect and application value in domestic concrete mixing plant.
