某高校大一新生心理健康状况及与家庭教养方式的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship between Mental Health Status and Family Rearing Style of Freshmen in a University

目的:了解某高校大一新生心理健康现状,探讨家庭教养方式对其心理状况的影响。方法:采用整群随机抽样在某高校抽取677名在校大一新生,使用"问卷星"进行网上调查。结果:667名大学生的心理健康总症状阳性检出人数为106人,占比15.89%;人际关系敏感、抑郁和敌对是大一新生的三大心理问题;总症状及各因子均分均高于中国正常人常模,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:该校大一新生较中国正常人常模心理健康状况问题显著,不同人口学特征新生心理问题不同,父母教养方式与新生心理健康密切相关,相关部门需采取有效干预措施,提升其心理健康水平。

OBJECTIVE To understand the mental health status of freshmen in a university and to explore the influence of family rearing style on their psychological status. METHODS 677 freshmen were selected by cluster random sampling in a university. Online investigation was conducted by"Questionnaire Star". RESULTS The number of positive mental health symptoms students was106 among 677 freshmen, accounting for 15.89%;interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility were the three major psychological problems of freshmen;the total symptoms and factors were higher than those of Chinese normal resident’s norm, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). CONCLUSION The freshmen in the university had more significant problems with the mental health status than normal people in China. Different demographic characteristics had different psychological problems. Parental rearing style was closely related to freshman’s mental health. Relevant departments needed to take effective interventions to improve freshman’s mental health level.
