言语康复训练联合经颅磁刺激治疗对脑卒中失语症患者愈后的影响

Effect of Conventional Speech Rehabilitation Combined with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Rehabilitation and Healing of Aphasia Patients

目的:探讨常规言语康复联合经颅磁刺激治疗对失语患者康复愈后的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年10月医院收治的脑卒中失语症患者80例,采用数字随机表法将患者分为对照组和联合组,每组40例患者。对照组给予常规言语康复,联合组给予常规言语康复联合经颅磁刺激治疗,治疗1个月,治疗后评价语言功能。结果:常规言语康复联合经颅磁刺激治疗失语症后,患者的失语商和阅读评分较对照组明显改善,患者的自发语、理解、复述、命名评分较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:常规言语康复联合经颅磁刺激治疗可改善失语患者的语言功能,效果明显。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of conventional speech rehabilitation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on rehabilitation healing of aphasia patients. METHODS 80 patients with stroke aphasia from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group with 40 patients in each group. The patients who were in the control group accepted the treatment of conventional speech rehabilitation,the patients who were in the combined group accepted the treatment of conventional speech rehabilitation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation for 1 month. The language function was evaluated after treatment. RESULTS After conventional speech rehabilitation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of aphasia,the aphasia quotient and reading scores of the patients were significantly improved compared with those of the control group,the conversation,understanding,retelling and naming scores of the patients were significantly improved compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Conventional speech rehabilitation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation could improve the language function of patients with aphasia.
