脓毒症生物标志物的研究进展

Research Progress on Biomarkers of Sepsis

脓毒症是重症监护室常见的临床综合征,是危重症患者死亡的主要原因之一。早期诊断及治疗有利于脓毒症的病情控制,对降低患者病死率具有重要意义。近年来,研究者努力寻找脓毒症的生物标志物,以利于疾病的早期诊断和预后判断。本文对脓毒症生物标志物的研究进展进行综述。

Sepsis is a common clinical syndrome in intensive care unit and one of the main causes of death in critically ill patients.Early diagnosis and treatment of sepsis is conducive to the control of the disease,and it is of vital significance to reduce the mortality of patients.In recent years,a lot of efforts have been made to find biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis of this disease.In this paper,research progress in the application of biomarkers in sepsis is reviewed.
