摘要
不同来源的茶叶样品经过微波消解和浸泡后,采用ICP-OES法测定茶叶中13种人体必需微量元素和有害重金属的含量。结果表明,元素的检出限为0.000214~5.578μg/L,定量限为0.000714~18.593μg/L,回收率为87.96%~103.20%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.78%~4.58%。说明该方法满足试验要求,通过采用ICP-OES能有效测定各种微量元素和金属元素,从而保证数据的准确性。试验对8种不同产源地不同加工方式茶叶进行金属元素分析,发现不同茶叶含有不同的微量元素及不同的含量,从而为茶叶品质的鉴定提供可靠标准。
After microwave digestion and soaking of tea samples from different sources,the contents of 13 essential trace elements and harmful heavy metals in tea were determined by ICP-OES.The results showed that the detection limit of the element was 0.000214-5.578μg/L,the quantitative limit was 0.000714-18.593μg/L,the recovery rate was 87.96%-103.20%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.78%-4.58%.It showed that the method met the requirements of the experiment,and the accuracy of the data is ensured by using ICP-OES to determine the certain elements in tea.The experiment conducted metal element analysis on eight teas with different processing methods from different origins,and found that different teas contained different trace elements and different contents,thus providing a reliable standard for the identification of tea quality.
