2020年是我国打赢新时代全面脱贫攻坚、践实乡村战略之振兴及全面建成新时代小康社会之年,我国新时代现代化共建之路与乡村繁荣振兴密不可分。新时代矛盾的不平衡表现在乡村问题比较突出,所以要积极结合我国乡村真情实况,以中国共产党统筹实施乡村振兴之战略方针意见,融克坚脱贫与乡村振兴为紧密续联、互通相促的统一,明目标之定位,找方法之正途,架起横向之梁,对标战略原则,丰创实情内涵,将纵向之柱筑牢,建立新时代下我国乡村战略推动发展下的"四梁八柱",固牢小康社会建设的发展坚实新拼图,提升乡村经济发展水平。

2020 is a year in which China has won the new era of comprehensive poverty alleviation,practiced the revitalization of rural strategies and fully built a well-off society in the new era.The method of modernization and co-construction in the new era of China is inseparable from the prosperity of the rural areas.The current imbalance of contradictions in the new era is more prominent in rural issues.Therefore,we must actively combine our country’s rural realities and livelihoods,and use our party’s overall strategy to implement rural revitalization.Promoting unification,clearing the positioning of goals,finding the right way,implementing a foundation such as a horizontal beam,benchmarking strategic principles,enriching practical content,implementing a key such as vertical pillars,and actively building the"four beams and eight pillars",in order to fully build a well-off society in the new era,we will work hard to build a solid foundation and improve the level of rural economic development.
