CT血管征在肺微小磨玻璃结节中的临床价值

The clinical value of CT vascular signs in pulmonary micro-ground glass nodules

目的探讨CT血管征在定性诊断肺微小磨玻璃结节的临床价值。方法回顾分析本院自2018年6月至2020年9月间收治的75例经病理检查后证实的肺微小GGN患者的临床资料,均行CT检查。以病理诊断结果分为良性组和恶性组,比较两组CT征的差异。结果75例患者中恶性49例,良性26例。良、恶性组肺微小GGN患者年龄、性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺部分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征及血管集束征在良、恶性肺微小GGN中的出现率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);恶性组患者血管征多为III型、IV型,与良性组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT血管征能有效提高鉴别诊断肺微小GGN良、恶性的准确性。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CT vascular signs in the qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary micro ground glass nodules.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 75 patients with lung micro-GGN confirmed by pathological examinations admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to September 2020,and all patients were underwent CT examination and diagnosis.Results Of the 75 patients,49 were malignant and 26 were benign.There was no significant difference in age and gender between benign and malignant patients with lung micro-GGN(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in partial lung signs,burr signs,pleural depression signs,blood vessels and the incidence of clustering signs between benign and malignant pulmonary micro-GGNs(P>0.05).Most of the vascular signs in the malignant group were type III and type IV,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the benign group(P<0.05).Conclusion CT vascular signs can effectively improve the accuracy of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary micro-GGN.
