单宁酸对北京鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、抗氧化指标和免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨日粮中添加单宁酸对北京鸭屠宰性能、抗氧化指标和免疫器官指数的影响,选取1200只1日龄体重相近的Z型北京鸭,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复60只鸭,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、300 mg/kg的单宁酸,试验期38 d。结果显示:①饲粮中添加单宁酸可显著降低北京鸭料重比(P<0.05),而对平均出栏重、平均日增重和平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05);②饲粮中添加单宁酸对北京鸭屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05);③200 mg/kg、300 mg/kg组血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),200 mg/kg组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),各试验组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);④100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg组肝脏GSH-Px活性极显著提高(P<0.01),所有试验组肝脏T-SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05),肝脏MDA含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);⑤300 mg/kg组胸腺指数(P<0.05)和脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.01),所有试验组法氏囊指数与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,单宁酸能提高北京鸭生长性能和抗氧化能力,促进免疫器官发育,且不会对北京鸭屠宰性能产生不良影响。 In order to investigate the effects of dietary tannic acid on slaughter performance, antioxidant index and immune organ index of Peking ducks, 1 200 1-day-age Z-type Peking ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 5 replicates in each group and 60 ducks in each replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental group was fed the basal diet with 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg tannic acid,respectively. The experiment lasted for 38 days. The results showed that:(1) Dietary tannic acid significantly decreased feed to weight ratio(P<0.05), but had no significant effect on average marketing weight, average daily gain and average daily feed intake(P>0.05);(2) Dietary tannic acid had no significant effect on slaughter performance of Peking duck(P>0.05);(3) The serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity was significantly increased in 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg groups(P<0.01), and the serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) activity was significantly increased in 200 mg/kg group(P<0.01). The serum malondialdehyde(MDA) contents of experimental groups were not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05);(4) Dietary 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg tannic acid could significantly increase the activity of GSH-Px in liver(P<0.01), the activity of T-SOD in liver of all experimental groups were significantly increasd(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the content of MDA between experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05);(5) The thymus index(P<0.05) and spleen index(P<0.01) were significantly increased in 300 mg/kg group, but there was no significant difference in bursa index between all experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05). It’s suggested that tannic acid could improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of Peking duck,promote the development of immune organs, and had no adverse effect on the slaughter performance.
