浅析海外百万吨级乙烯装置管道材料量的估算方法

ESTIMATION METHOD OF PIPING MATERIAL QUANTITY OF OVERSEAS MEGATON ETHYLENE PLANT

重点分析了海外百万吨级乙烯装置报价阶段中各项管道材料量的估算方法。通过对7套已建成的百万吨级乙烯装置管道综合材料表进行数据分析,计算得到不同工艺单元各项管道材料的经验参考值以及部分小尺寸材料量占大尺寸材料量的经验比值,为新建百万吨乙烯装置报价工作中的管道材料量估算提供了数据参考。

This paper analyzes the estimation method of piping material quantity of overseas megaton ethylene plant in the quotation stage.Based on the data analysis of the piping material take-off of 7 megaton ethylene plants completed,the empirical benchmark quantity of various piping materials in different process units and the empirical ratio of some small-size materials to large-size materials are calculated,which provides a data reference for the estimation of piping material quantity in the quotation of new megaton ethylene plants.
