摘要
介绍了一种新型裂解炉辐射盘管COT套管的设计及制造技术,分析了现有裂解炉COT套管的冲蚀和腐蚀的原因,并对COT套管和基管进行结构设计、材料选择及制造方案的优化,经过一系列的检验,保证了裂解炉COT套管长周期操作设备稳定性。
This paper introduces the design and manufacturing technology of a new type of COT for radiant coil of cracking furnace,analyzes the causes of erosion and corrosion of COT sleeve of existing cracking furnace,and optimizes the structure design,material selection and manufacturing scheme of COT and base tube.After a series of tests,the stability of cot sleeve for long-term operation of cracking furnace is ensured.
