摘要
随着国家对污染物排放标准的提高,扬子乙烯装置裂解炉150 mg/Nm^(3)的烟气氮氧化物(NO_(x))排放量已无法满足新标准不大于100 m g/Nm^(3)的要求。在工艺条件不变的情况下对燃烧器进行改造,并针对改造后运行存在NOx超标问题,采取日常调整优化、注入蒸汽、风门密封等措施,使得NO_(x)排放量达标。
With the improvement of national standards for discharge of pollutants,the 150 mg/Nm^(3) emission of NO_(x) from the cracking furnace of the ethylene plant in Yangzi cannot meet the requirement of no more than 100 mg/Nm^(3) stipulated in the new standard.The burner was modified while the process conditions remained the same.To solve the problem of over high NO x emission after modification,some measures such as daily adjustment and optimization,steam injection and valve sealing were taken to meet the NO_(x) emission standard.
