桥本甲状腺炎归属于中医“瘿病”,范源教授认为本病多因情志不畅、饮食不节、外界环境等诱因令人肝郁脾虚,所致气滞、痰凝、血瘀凝于颈前而发此病,主要病位在肝、脾。故在临床中辨证施治,从肝脾两脏入手,运用中西医结合疗法治疗桥本甲状腺炎,西药予口服硒酵母片,配合口服中成药物夏枯草胶囊和舒肝颗粒,临床疗效显著。

Hashimoto s thyroiditis belongs to the category of“gall disease”of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Fan yuan believes that the disease is caused by qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis in front of the neck due to internal injury of seven emotions,eating disorder,external environment and other incentives,resulting in Qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis coagulation in front of the neck.Therefore,in the clinical dialectical treatment,from the liver and spleen viscera,the use of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis,western medicine to oral levothyroxine sodium tablets and selenium yeast tablets,combined with oral Chinese medicine Xiakucao capsule and Shugan granules,the clinical effect is remarkable.
